About Us


The Kitchen

With more than a thirty years of experience in the food service industry, we know exactly how to create the perfect professional kitchen. We know what equipment works best & which brands are best. We’ve helped numerous companies establish their in-house food service facility and we can use that knowledge to create and install that ideal kitchen for your individual needs. We can also walk into your existing kitchen and make it happen. 

The Chefs

Your facility will be assigned its own manager and chef. You and your employees can count on seeing the same friendly faces day after day. These individuals have been carefully selected and trained by our corporate staff in all aspects of the food service industry – from ordering supplies to food preparation and sterilization. The staff is overseen by a trained professional area director. The area director is in the unit quite often conducting periodic spot checks and reviews. Basically making sure that every thing is running at the level we demand. Making sure that all our customers are pleased. You can be assured that the top rate service you get the first day will continue there after.

The Food

Here’s where FLORIAN really stands out. We use name brands, like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Boar’s Head, Hellman’s and Heinz, just to name a few. All of our meats, poultry and frozen vegetables are USDA Choice or Grade A. We serve large verities of special coffee and the finest teas. Our menus are nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared and we take no short-cuts. Our goal is to provide high quality, delicious food at prices guaranteed to please.

Creative Menus

FLORIAN Food Service will never be boring. From traditional classics, lite healthy soups and hearty stews, to authentic ethics foods like gyros, pizza and beef burritos, to the most elegant Chicken Francaise and Beef Wellington, your employees and clients will be quite impressed by the range and quality of our cooking. Everyone gets excited about food and we encourage that with fun food events throughout the year – highlights include our famous “Clambake”, Hawaiian “Luaus”, and “Back to the 50’s” where our staff actually dress in costume. We also plan special menus to celebrate various holidays like Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day. Thanksgiving and Fourth of July. Our weekly value menus and specials are greatly appreciated by the budget-conscious. Heart-Healthy, Weight Watchers and many Healthy Choice menu selections can be offered on a daily basis upon request.
